9-11, Pentagon, and debunking the debunkers

There has been a lot of people who think that, in investigating the series of events related to 9-11, one should not begin at the Pentagon. This is an undercurrent that has been promoted by many intelligent researchers of the 9-11 Truth Movement. Names such as Ruppert, Hoffman, and Robinowitz head the list.

I, on the other hand, am not one of those. It became clear to me after watching the Pentagon Strike Flash created by the alternative news site Signs of the Times that, rather than focusing the energy elsewhere, the Pentagon is THE FIRST PLACE one should go to try and find the truth.

On top of the more well-known 9-11 researchers mentioned above, the message boards were also a place where discussions were occurring. The most well-known of is the article posted at Above Top Secret. This article supposedly puts to bed any scientific opposition to the "No plane at the Pentagon theory".

Not so fast, says Joe Quinn.

His new article, Evidence That a Frozen Fish Didn't Impact the Pentagon on 9/11 and Neither Did a Boeing 757, is a thorough debunking of the ATS debunking article.

It is much too large for a full repost on this here blog, but I do want to give one small snippet that matches my thoughts regarding the Pentagon and where our energy should be put towards any real investigations in the future:

As Laura Knight-Jadczyk notes in her book 9/11:The Ultimate Secret, the attack on the Pentagon is the Achilles Heel of the entire 9/11 coverup, and for one very good reason: while we all saw repeated footage of Flight 11 and Flight 175 crash into the WTC towers, and we all saw the wreckage of Flight 93 and have hundreds of eyewitness testimonies that a commercial airliner did indeed crash in Pennsylvania, there is no reliable evidence that a Boeing 757 hit the Pentagon on September 11th 2001. No one has seen any footage that shows Flight 77 hitting the Pentagon, and the tapes that actually exist that could easily and immediately prove what did hit that day, have been confiscated by the FBI and the U.S. government studiously refuses to release them.

The US government claims that a Boeing 757 impacted the Pentagon on 9/11, many people dispute this, yet the same American government refuses to release video tapes that would put the matter to rest and show once and for all what hit the Pentagon. Use your head and ask yourself, "why?"

There is one very obvious answer.

Indeed. We are being lied to. And I encourage anyone out there to read the article by Joe Quinn, No Boeing at the Pentagon, in order to know where you should put your energy in discerning the truth of 9-11.
