The world's real history...

The title assumes that our current teachings on "what happened" is not true, or rather not factual. So, the other implication is that their is a "secret conspiracy" that has suppressed the facts. Conspiracies have existed since the time of Cain and Abel. Facts of history have been altered to support the illusion. A newly released book, The Secret History of the World, written by Laura Knight-Jadczyk, is one such undertaking of clearing up the obfsucation.

Laura argues convincingly, based on the revelations of the deepest of esoteric secrets, that the present is a time of potential transition, an extraordinary opportunity for individual and collective renewal: a quantum shift of awareness and perception which could see the birth of true creativity in the fields of science, art and spirituality. The Secret History of the World allows us to redefine our interpretation of the universe, history, and culture and to thereby navigate a path through this darkness. In this way, Laura Knight-Jadczyk shows us how we may extend the possibilities for all our different futures in literal terms.

It is this redefinition and renewal that the author suggests is what, in my opinion, sets this book apart from any other author who dares to undergo the task of truth seeking in our world.

On another note, I found an article that may provide an answer to the confusion of the da vinci code. Most explanations dare not go beyond the material explanations, for fear of getting close to the truth. Who wants to accept multiple densities and hyperdimensional realities as facts?

The state of the world?

Quite an eye-opening article from The Independent

An authoritative study of the biological relationships vital to maintaining life has found disturbing evidence of man-made degradation. Steve Connor reports

30 March 2005

Planet Earth stands on the cusp of disaster and people should no longer take it for granted that their children and grandchildren will survive in the environmentally degraded world of the 21st century. This is not the doom-laden talk of green activists but the considered opinion of 1,300 leading scientists from 95 countries who will today publish a detailed assessment of the state of the world at the start of the new millennium.

The report does not make jolly reading. The academics found that two-thirds of the delicately-balanced ecosystems they studied have suffered badly at the hands of man over the past 50 years.

The dryland regions of the world, which account for 41 per cent of the earth's land surface, have been particularly badly damaged and yet this is where the human population has grown most rapidly during the 1990s.
Slow degradation is one thing but sudden and irreversible decline is another. The report identifies half a dozen potential "tipping points" that could abruptly change things for the worse, with little hope of recovery on a human timescale.

The scale of the changes seen in the past few decades has been unprecedented. Nearly one-third of the land surface is now cultivated, with more land being converted into cropland since 1945 than in the whole of the 18th and 19th centuries combined.

The amount of water withdrawn from rivers and lakes for industry and agriculture has doubled since 1960 and there is now between three and six times as much water held in man-made reservoirs as there is flowing naturally in rivers.

Meanwhile, the amount of nitrogen and phosphorus that has been released into the environment as a result of using farm fertilisers has doubled in the same period . More than half of all the synthetic nitrogen fertiliser ever used on the planet has been used since 1985.

This sudden and unprecedented release of free nitrogen and phosphorus - important mineral nutrients for plant growth - has triggered massive blooms of algae in the freshwater and marine environments. This is identified as a potential "tipping point" that can suddenly destroy entire ecosystems. "The Millennium Assessment finds that excessive nutrient loading is one of the major problems today and will grow significantly worse in the coming decades unless action is taken," Dr Reid said.

"Surprisingly, though, despite a major body of monitoring information and scientific research supporting this finding, the issue of nutrient loading barely appears in policy discussions at global levels and only a few countries place major emphasis on the problem.
Between 1960 and 2000, the world population doubled from three billion to six billion. At the same time, the global economy increased more than six-fold and the production of food and the supply of drinking water more than doubled, with the consumption of timber products increasing by more than half.

Meanwhile, human activity has directly affected the diversity of wild animals and plants. There have been about 100 documented extinctions over the past century but scientists believe that the rate at which animals and plants are dying off is about 1,000 times higher than natural, background levels.

As population densities increase and living space extends into once pristine forests, the chances of an epidemic of a new infectious agent grows. Global travel accentuates the threat, and the emergence of Sars and bird flu are prime examples of diseases moving from animals to humans.

The introduction of an invasive species - whether animal, plant or microbe - can lead to a rapid change in ecosystems. Zebra mussels introduced into North America led to the extinction of native clams and the comb jellyfish caused havoc to 26 major fisheries species in the Black Sea.

A build up of man-made nutrients in the environment has already led to the threshold being reached when algae blooms. This can deprive fish and other wildlife of oxygen as well as producing toxic substances that are a danger to drinking water.

Reefs that were dominated by corals have suddenly changed to being dominated by algae, which have taken advantage of the increases in nutrient levels running off from terrestrial sources. Many of Jamaica's coral reefs have now become algal dominated.

Overfishing can, and has, led to a collapse in stocks. A threshold is reached when there are too few adults to maintain a viable population. This occurred off the east coast of Newfoundland in 1992 when its stock of Atlantic cod vanished.

In a warmer world, local vegetation or land cover can change, causing warming to become worse. The Sahel region of North Africa depends on rainfall for its vegetation. Small changes in rain can result in loss of vegetation, soil erosion and further decreases in rainfall.

Another Sumatra quake - 8.7

From the USGS site. No word on any tsunamis yet, I will post an update on this soon.

A great earthquake occurred at 16:09:36 (UTC) on Monday, March 28, 2005. The magnitude 8.7 event has been located in NORTHERN SUMATRA, INDONESIA. (This event has been reviewed by a seismologist.)

Yellowstone Supervolcano Unknown by Nearly Two-Thirds of Adult Americans

This article from PRNewswire really sends the message that most people are not aware of the historical existance of cycylical catastrophes. If science were open enough to allow real research to be distributed and credited on a mass scale, our society would be much more aware and not so inert.

SILVER SPRING, Md., March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Results from an online survey conducted for Discovery Channel by Harris Interactive(R) reveal that only 22% of adults in America are aware of the term "supervolcano." Supervolcano is a term used to describe a volcano containing a large caldera able to produce an exceedingly large, catastrophic explosive eruption, in some cases over 100 times bigger than anything experienced by humanity over historic time. In scientific terms, a supervolcano implies a volcanic eruption of a magnitude of 8 on the Volcano Explosivity Index, meaning that more than 1,000 cubic kilometers of magma are erupted. When told that Yellowstone National Park, the home of "Old Faithful," is one of the few known examples of a supervolcano, 64 percent of adults surveyed said that they were unaware of that fact.

Upon hearing that scientists have determined that the history of the
Yellowstone supervolcano suggests it explodes regularly, approximately every 600,000 years, and that Yellowstone National Park was formed by the last explosion, which was 640,000 years ago
-- making it now, by these measures, overdue -- 81 percent of adult Americans said they were not aware that this type of eruption underneath Yellowstone is likely to happen again. To-date, evidence points to three super-volcanic eruptions blasting through Yellowstone: 2.1 million years ago, 1.3 million years ago, and 640,000 years ago. The force of a single super-eruption at Yellowstone would be the equivalent of 1,000 Hiroshima bombs exploding every second. The fallout effects are massive, including blizzards of ash, ozone depletion, dropping temperatures, and mudflows.

Priory of Sion - Protectors of Holy Grail?

The increasing attention being placed upon the bloodlines of Christ and its supposed protectors, The Priory of Sion, has been an eye-opener for me. Their is a lot of text out there that have their own version of events of what happened. Specifically, the work of Dan Brown and his book, The Da Vinci Code, take on a much more Hollywood version of what has happened to the Christ bloodline. Another take is the well written book Holy Blood Holy Grail, by Lincoln, Leigh and Baigent. One article on the The Priory of Sion wrote an excellent synopsis of this book:

What Lincoln, Leigh and Baigent claim to have found is the secret that Jesus was a king in a long line of Priest kings, and that he had been married to Mary Magdalene, and produced a child, born posthumously (after his crucifixion), and that this child had been spirited away to France to be the progenitor of the kings of the Franks, the Merovingian, and that this Holy/Royal Bloodline is the real secret contained in the mysteries of the "Holy Grail" stories.

How in the world did a story about a possible hidden treasure found by an obscure priest in a remote corner of rural France transmogrify itself into THAT?! Good question.

Mssrs. Lincoln, Leigh and Baigent write in the conclusion of Holy Blood, Holy Grail,

We had not, in the beginning, set out to prove or disprove anything, least of all the conclusion to which we had been ineluctably led. We had certainly not set out to challenge some of the most basic tenets of Christianity. On the contrary, we had begun by investigating a specific mystery. We were looking for answers to certain perplexing questions, explanations for certain historical enigmas. In the process, we more or less stumbled upon something rather greater than we had initially bargained for. We were led to a startling, controversial, and seemingly preposterous conclusion. [Lincoln, Leigh, Baigent, 1982]

And THAT is the clue that is most interesting in this whole matter: "we were led..."

What were they led to?

If our hypothesis is correct, the Holy Grail would have been at least two things simultaneously. On the one hand, it would have been Jesus' bloodline and descendants - the "Sang Raal," the "Real" of "Royal" blood of which the Templars, created by the Prieure de Sion, were appointed guardians. At the same time the Holy Grail would have been, quite literally, the receptacle or vessel that received and contained Jesus' blood. In other words, it would have been the womb of the Magdalene - and by extension, the Magdalen herself. From this the cult of the Magdalen, as it was promulgated during the Middle Ages, would have arisen - and been confused with the cult of the Virgin. It can be proved, for instance, that many of the famous "Black Virgins" or "black Madonnas" were early in the Christian era shrines not to the Virgin but to the Magdalen - and they depict a mother and child. It has also been argued that the Gothic cathedrals - those majestic stone replicas of the womb dedicated to "Notre Dame" - were also, as Le Serpent rouge states, shrines to Jesus' consort rather than to his mother.

The Holy Grail, then, would have symbolized both Jesus' bloodline and the Magdalen, from whose womb that bloodline issued. But it may have been something else as well. In A.D. 70, during the great revolt in Judaea, Roman legions under Titus sacked the temple of Jerusalem. The pillaged treasure of the temple is said to have found its way eventually to the Pyrenees; and M. Plantard, in his conversation with us, stated that this treasure was in the hands of the Prieure de Sion today. But the temple of Jerusalem may have contained more than the treasure plundered by Titus' centurions. In ancient Judaism religion and politics were inseparable. The Messiah was to be a priest-king whose authority encompassed spiritual and secular domains alike. It is thus likely, indeed probable, that the temple housed official records pertaining to Israel's royal line - the equivalents of the birth certificates, marriage licenses, and other relevant data concerning any modern royal or aristocratic family. If Jesus was indeed "King of the Jews," the temple is almost certain to have contained copious information relating to him. It may even have contained his body - or at least his tomb, once his body was removed from the temporary tomb of the Gospels. [Lincoln, Leigh, Baigent, 1982]

Let's hear that sentence one more time: "We were led to a startling, controversial, and seemingly preposterous conclusion."

By WHOM were they led?

A group calling itself Le Prieure de Sion, The Priory of Sion, and its purported agent, Pierre Plantard.

Research began with Lincoln's preparation of a 1972 BBC documentary on a 19th century French priest, Berenger Sauniere. The cleric reputedly amassed great wealth after discovering and deciphering four parchments hidden in a hollow pillar of his church at Rennes-le-Chateau, a hilltop village in the south of France.

The authors say they have discovered those parchments, or facsimiles, still exist and disclose the existence of a secret society called the Prieure de Sion, founded in the 11th century at the start of the Crusades. Its aim was to guard the Holy Grail - according to medieval legend, the cup used by Jesus at the Last Supper.

The authors claim the society remains active, and that its adherents over the years included Isaac Newton, Andre Malraux, Victor Hugo, Claude Debussy and Charles de Gaulle.

According to the authors, the words "Holy Grail" are a mistranslation of early French words for "royal blood," and the true purpose of Prieure de Sion is to protect alleged royal descendants of Jesus and prepare the way for their accession to world power.

To bolster their description of the society, they provide several chapters of scholarly references from legends, romances, paintings, documents and the Bible.

All this is controversial enough, but author Leigh said it led the three to reexamine the conventional interpretations of the New Testament. That study led them to propound a "hypothesis" that:

* Jesus literally had a claim to being "king of the Jews" and was descended from the royal house of the Israelite King David.
* He married Mary Magdalene and had at least one child by her.
* He and sympathizers staged his Crucifixion and Resurrection and he survived into old age somewhere outside the Holy Land.
* Mary Magdalene and her offspring made their way to southern France - then Roman ruled Gaul.
* Jesus' bloodline mixed with that of the Franks and started the Merovingian dynasty of the early Middle Ages.
* The Merovingian line extends into the modern noble houses of Europe, so Jesus' descendants are alive today.

The book's contentions have started a religious firestorm.

"It is a sign of the degeneracy of the times that a publisher like Jonathan Cape should take this book," said Anglican Bishop Montefiore.

Montefiore catalogues what he calls "79 instances ... of gross errors, vital omissions, gravely misleading statements or the adoption of way-out hypotheses."

Another Anglican bishop, Rt. Rev. Mervyn Stockwood, was even less reserved. "Let them write a second book suggesting that Caesar married Boadicia and that the offspring is Ian Paisley," he was quoted by The Times of London as saying.

The authors say they are merely making reasonable suppositions based on careful research and new evidence. They add that serious work on medieval history has been obscured by the furor over their conclusions. [St. Petersburg Times, January 19, 1982, byline: Mark S. Smith]

Big quake in Japan and Afgan flooding kills 200

Our Mother Earth really seems to be kicking into extreme weather gear lately. Shoot, we got half a foot of snow in Green Bay, and a town in western Wisconsin ended up with 23 inches of snow! It's the middle of March and we still have a few feet of snow on the ground. But, I guess that is all peanuts compared to the flood in Afghanistan...

Torrential rains have killed more than 200 people and destroyed thousands of houses in several parts of Afghanistan in recent days, officials said on Sunday.

The worst hit areas were Deh Rawud district in the rugged central Uruzgan province and the western provinces of Farah and Herat, they said.

"The deaths of 115 have been confirmed... while thousands of homes have been destroyed,,"" Uruzgan's governor Jan Mohammad Khan said, adding that many more people were missing.

U.S. military Chinook and Black Hawk helicopters rescued around 250 people in the Deh Rawud District, some 70 kilometers northeast of the U.S. at Kandahar, after the Helmand river burst its banks.

In Farah 68 people died as a result of floods, its governor Assadullah Falah said. Officials reported 40 more deaths in Faryab and Ghor provinces.

"We have reports of total destruction of 7,800 houses in Farah," Falah said, adding that large numbers of livestock had been killed.

Some 2,500 houses had collapsed in Herat province. Most houses in Afghanistan are built from mud and are highly vulnerable to flooding.

Local officials also reported an outbreak of dysentry diarrhea in Herat's mountainous and inaccessible Pashtun Zarghoon area.

Afghanistan had its worst winter for over a decade after nearly six years of harsh drought.

Several hundred people lost their lives during the winter and the current rains coupled with melting snow have caused the latest calamity.

Japan was hit with a 7.0 quake Sunday morning

TOKYO (AFP) - A powerful earthquake measuring 7.0 on the Richter scale rocked the southern Japanese island of Kyushu, killing at least one person and injuring more than 400 others.
The quake, which occurred Sunday at 10:53 am (0153 GMT), also collapsed houses and roads, caused landslides and disrupted land and air traffic.

The Meteorological Agency immediately issued tsunami warnings but lifted them one hour later after detecting no significant rise in the tide.

"The fault was caused by the crust's horizontal shift. If the fault was vertical, it would have triggered tsunamis," said Toshikazu Hirai, a seismic expert at the government agency.

Now isn't that quite a different attitude than what other scientists have said about tsunamis. Most of the time they give statements peppered with words like "unlikely to happen again" or "once in 5,000 years". This guy makes it sound like an arbitrary event something that might happen, or might not. How likely is it to shift vertically? Is this something that can occur regularly? Don't you think these are questions that need to be asked?

Da Vinci Code and the Grail - Pt. 2

There has been much talk about the book Da Vinci Code written by Dan Brown. His book is now synonomous with talk of the Holy Grail. My reasoning behind this is that people love a thriller, a page turner. It doesn't matter that Brown is dealing with historical past, people like the twists and turns the same as if it were a Stephen King novel. Well, I for one do not like it when people are so taken in with a story that very well could be untrue. In an attempt to balance the pendulum, I will plug a newly released book that is very important for all to read. The Secret History of the World is a compendium of evidence about our existance and the manipulation of humanity by our overseers. An article which gives some insight into this book can be read online - The True Identity of Fulcanelli and the Da Vinci Code. Also below is a review of the book by Patrick Riviere, an author and authority of all things grail related.

The Secret History of The World

This book of revolutionary importance is essential reading. With this original work, Laura Knight-Jadczyk shares with us her prodigious discoveries that put into question History as well as our habitual observations concerning the myth of the “Grail”. She does this by revisiting the Bible and comparative mythology, looking closely into parallel universes and hyperspace, and penetrating into quantum physics, genetics, and the mysteries of the diverse creations populating the hyperdimensions of the

Throughout her exposé, Laura Knight-Jadczyk refers to two powerful works of the scientist-alchemist Fulcanelli: The Mystery of the Cathedrals and Dwellings of the Philosophers. She applies her vast knowledge to the continuation of his work.

Thus, following in the footsteps of Fulcanelli (citing Huysmans) when he denounces the constant lies and omissions from official History over the course of time, Laura Knight-Jadczyk, citing numerous examples, exposes the manipulations in the official history of ancient civilizations of which humanity is the victim. She strives to re-establish the truth, and her answers are often enlightening.

According to Laura Knight-Jadczyk, the mysteries of the Holy Grail and the Ark of the Temple refer to a particular, very advanced “technology” – with the aim, for example, of teleportation and changing between space-time dimensions – a secret and sacred science of which only a few great “Initiates” have remained custodians. Christ Jesus was the surest guarantor of this precious legacy, and, although it might displease Dan Brown (author of The DaVinci Code), the genealogical lineage of the “Sangréal” (the “Sang Royal” or “Holy Blood”), is not at all as he believes it to be!

The reader of this important work by Laura Knight-Jadczyk will realize that there are completely different conclusions to that mystery. Her erudition cannot but impress the reader during the course of an assiduous reading of this quite astonishing book. As to her inspiration, what can we say, and, from whence could it come, if not the Light of the stars?

Patrick Rivière is a writer and author of numerous works that have been published in France and that have been translated and published in many languages. He is a specialist on the “Grail” (On the Paths of the Grail) and of Alchemy following the path of Fulcanelli

Tip of Mt. Kilimanjaro revealed

Posted at Sky News

The snow-capped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro has melted away to reveal the tip of the African peak for the first time in 11,000 years.

The glaciers and snow which kept the summit white have almost completely disappeared.

Although scientists had predicted the melt would happen, it is 15 years sooner than they had predicted.

The white peak of the 19,340ft mountain has long formed a stunning part of Tanzanian landscape, not least because it is only 200 miles south of the equator.

The photograph is part of the NorthSouthEastWest exhibition by The Climate Group, a book of which will be presented to ministers at the G8 energy and environment summit in London.

Steve Howard of The Climate Group said: "Climate change is real. So are the solutions, which are practical, affordable and in many cases, profitable.

"This exhibition shows us that a low-carbon economy is the only sustainable future for our planet."

The G8 meeting comes a day after the WWF warned Himalayan glaciers are receding at among the fastest rates in the world because of global warming.

The environmental group warned that the melting could result in water shortages for millions of people who rely on rivers supplied by the glaciers in China, India and Nepal.

A restless volcano and another quake swarm

I came across two articles appearing in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer that are, in my opinion, connected. First, volcanic rumblings at Mount Spurr are creating hazardous conditions for extreme skiers, snowboarders and pilots landing in the Alaskan area. The article states,

Possible dangers include unstable snow and ice, higher concentrations of potentially lethal gases and acidic water that could be strong enough to burn skin, observatory officials said. Heightened seismic activity has been recorded there for months.

New measurements taken during flights over the volcano this week show the presence of sulfur dioxide, indicating activity stemming from molten lava, not simply heating of ground water, said Tom Murray, a scientist with the U.S. Geological Survey who works at the observatory's Anchorage office. Carbon dioxide also has been detected.

During the flyovers, researchers also spotted water at a summit lake bubbling up - either from increasing heat or gases floating to the top, Murray said.

"We just want people to know this is not a normal mountain," Murray said. "They need to be thinking beyond the normal rules. Climbing is already inherently risky as it is."

Now take the above with another article in which the headline reads Quake swarm off Ore. coast prompts reseach. I would certainly hope so! It goes on to say,

An earthquake "swarm" that began last weekend has resulted in thousands of small earthquakes off the Oregon coast in recent days but the size of the quakes did not pose any tsunami threat, officials said.

Scientists from Oregon State University said they are joining National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration researchers on Saturday for a cruise to investigate a site on the undersea Juan de Fuca Ridge northwest of Astoria called the Endeavor segment.

"These earthquake swarms are associated with seafloor spreading," said Robert P. Dziak, an Oregon State oceanographer who works with NOAA at the university's Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport.

"We suspect what happened was that magma pushed up into the crust and the lava may have broken the surface," Dziak said.

The quakes are generally small and not a tsunami threat, although a section of the sea floor off the Northwest coast called the Cascadia subduction zone is similar to the Indian Ocean area that produced a magnitude 9 quake and tsunami that devastated southeast Asia last December.

So, no tsunami threat, even though it's entirely plausible that just a situation could occur?!? Is it just me, or is there a concerted effort to calm people to the reality of rapidly accelerating earth changes?
